Candid Slice is a website that features news and entertainment stories cotntributed by journalists from across the Triangle. The aim of the experience was pretty straight forward – produce and publish compelling stories and make it easy for users to consume, find, and share this content.
My task was to come up with the inaugural design for Candid Slice. The stories (and the people behind them) had to be the focal point. On-the-go, Gen-Xers were the target. The design features a responsive, mosaic layout with infinite scroll. All content can be filtered by a finite set of pre-defined categories.
