My swim bugs

We started swim lessons this winter and it’s really paying off.  The kids have turned into little swim bugs.  They LOVE the water.  

Lucky for us, we’ve been able to take advantage of my parent’s pool several times already this summer. Cailee is swimming well under water and Connor is treading water like a champ – yes, he’s wearing Cailee’s pink life jacket, in swim trunks that Cailee believes are a bit too girlish because they have flowers on them. That doesn’t damper him at all, on Friday afternoon, we headed to Greensboro for a quick dip and I believe he was in the pool for nearly 4 hours.
