Another late post from yours truly – but Connor got an extra special treat on their last day of school this year. Someone in the school donated a day of “sledding in snow” for the school and everyone had a blast. I wasn’t certain how to dress Connor for this occasion – so he had on shorts and a teeshirt yet insisted on his snow boots – it wasn’t a bad get up because I showed up in flip flops and had a walk a few times through some pretty cold snow to catch up with him. The slide was really fast – I thought he would actually be nervous but after getting over the initial run where he got a little wet – he started to really get into it. At one point they just started making snow and I loved how all the kids wanted to be in the snow but huddled under the sleds.
