The kids selected their costumes this year, Incredible Hulk for Connor and Princess Jasmine for Cailee. I was especially surprised by Cailee’s choice. I didn’t realize she liked Princess Jasmine that much – I hadn’t hear her talk about her before Halloween and not much since but she was insistent on being Jasmine, dark haired wig and all.
What’s funny is that I thought she might actually be unique and we walk into the church fall festival and there are at least three other Princess Jasmines’. No clue what that’s all about, but then again, Cailee is always up on the latest (according to youtube at least).
Connor didn’t wear his mask alot – which was ok – because it was a little mean for me and that’s so not Connor – plus, you couldn’t recognize the kid at all with it on so I’m glad he liked peaking outfrom under it.
As usual, the kids did the fall festival, haunted book fair, trunk or treat, and door to door trick or treating. Can’t say we don’t make the most of Halloween.
